Which cover do you like better? George Thorogood and the Destroyers vs. Quicksilver Messenger Service I'd say Quicksilver.
Between those two it's Quicksilver's for sure. I love the original very much as well though, and also some other versions. So in the end I can't choose an absolute favourite. The Doors did a fine version of it as well. In the end it's probably a tie between Bo Diddley and Quicksilver Messenger Service.
of the two choices, hafta say quicksilver. i like the doors cover, yardbirds too. however, i hate george thorogood... totally fucked that song up.
