why dont you try yoga? Religion a lot of the times seems more like uhmm...less spiritual and more about following a specific god. Although for some people that is a good thing, and it helps, so look into that too.

But just try out yoga. For one, it can seriously chill you out. De stress you. And it's very spiritual. Plus you're moving, endorphins are always good for fighting off depression.

Religions can be treacherous. Though Taoism has never led me astray, or Buddhism. Mindfulness practise helped me alot too. If you read, I have the book I started with, you can have it if you want. You can do it on your own without the need for a group or anything. It helps to let go of the intense emotions when they come and observe where they are coming from. After a while you'll be amazed at what you can deal with.

Seriously look at what you eat too, there seems to be this strange disconnect between people and their food now days. I say this because I watch my husband eat junk and he's an adrenaline junkie and all the caffine and processed food he eats just makes his natural tendencies to be 'type A stressed out' more pronounced and since I began my own minfulness practise and began altering my own diet and noticing changes in my attitude (they are right, it's all about attitude)I like to watch it in others as well. It is facinating what a complex finely tuned system we are and how we fuel our selves can throw that balance outta whack.

I think our minds need something to focus on or else they eat themselves too. Being mindfull is free and it can be done anywhere, even while you are working.

Much Love to you:) We are all in this together.
