Looney cartoons have been sending racial messages to children and the U.S. public for years. It's a wonder no one complained. I wonder why?

In almost every cartoon the bad guy was an Arab with a scimitar. And it has not change, it has gotten worst. If that's not racism I don't know what is.

Cattle are being slaughtered by the 1000s every day, and for what? To satisfy humans macabre and cannibalistic anatomy. If you have never been in a slaughter-house, good! I have, and I can tell you now...those people working in there give absolutely zero thought even when looking into the eyes of a cattle.

Mankind is getting more violent as the hour goes by.

This is why I'm a therapeutic-aide for the mentally and physically handi-cap. I believe that those not responsible for these kinds of sadistic employment should have a chance to look life in another way...with Love & Caring.

    Peace brothers!

I hate when people try to make me feel guilty for enjoying my steak.

umm... people did complain. A lot of there older cartoons are no longer played. It was a different time... people saw things differently back then. A lot of times there was no hate behind it, it was just the way things were. My Grandfather used to say "racist" things all the time without meaning to.. his generation just wasn't all politically correct.

And what does cows being killed have to do with Looney Toons cartoons?? Did Elmer Fudd work at the same slaughter house as you or something?

they took Speedy Gonzales off Boomerang. That show was a must in my youthful Saturday cartoon regimens. Cartoons are funny, mexican mice with sombreros are funny. Damn liberals.

I remember Mr. Magoo did a Don Quxiote, Man of Lamancha cartoon.

Magoo's blindness was correlated to Don's dimentia.

This cartoon is banned due to insensitivy to the blind, shame, twas a great cartoon.

Darn... for a second I thought this was about those WWII-era cartoons Disney and Warner Bros. put out.

Now there's some crazy crap, I tell ya...

It's true that many cartoons have been edited or no longer played because they're not politically correct or relavent any more. But at the same time, with the ones that are still on, in many cases, we need to spend a little less time analyzing them. They're just cartoons.
