Ok so i know this is the wrong section for paranormal happenings but i thought i should share this with my fellow stoners. So about 15 minutes ago (its a little past midnight here) I was down stairs rockin some halo 3. im the only person in my house right now. so all of a sudden i heard a noise like somebody coming down my stairs.( my stairs are LOUD) so i looked through my door to the hall and didnt see anybody so i thought i was imagining it. so about 5 minutes later i felt someone tap me on the shoulder and say "Hey". i whipped around so fucking fast i got whiplash and no one was there. and RIGHT after that my dog bounded down my hall snarling and had its hair standing up growling right outside my room. i kept calling her into my room but she wouldnt come. and even right now i cant get her to come into my room. WHAT THE FUCK. and no im not high at the moment.
Were you high when it happened? That would just make it even more creepy, I think. Maybe not, though. It's merely speculation, as I've never had a ghostly encounter.
and lol at a ghost saying, "hey" maybe he just wanted to play some halo3 broskies, were you bogarting it?
We lived in an old Victorian home that was one of the oldest in our town. This house was built back when visitation for people who died would be at the deceased home rather than a funeral home and usually the casket would be placed in the parlor. Well my mom set up a couch in there when we moved in and one day she fell asleep on it waiting for the kids to get home from school. She woke up to somethign she says felt like a hand made out of static touching her on her shoulder, and a voice whispering in her ear. "Poor Charlie" Other shit happened to, my little brothers TV would always turn on and the volume would start blaring and one day he went in his room to turn it off when this happened and saw a man floating from the waste up right by his TV in a plad shirt with a big beard and mustache. My mom and sister were siting in the kitchen and a dish picked up form the sink and was flung across the room. Both of my younger siblings would answer people we could never hear. If we ever left a pencil out on a counter or even on the ground it would be snaped in half when we came back to it. all our our dishes and for some reason salsa would be in a pile in the basment when we left the house. It was fucking creepy. The only thing that I ever experianced despite spending many nights and days there alone watching the house was the sound of some one writing with an old pen on some paper in my room. The sound would go on for hours and I could never sleep in there because of it. We moved out of the house because it had lots of problems for it's age that would cost to much for us to fix, but it was an experience to say the least. I'll get pictures of the house in a week or two when I go back home from college.
i hate ghost stories they scare me... i just hope i never have to see any or hear any! the only crazy experiences i had was because of sleep paralysis-which makes u hallucinate
That picture in your signature is of what?? It's pretty creepy. To the original poster: Yes you definitely have a ghost! lol Animals are extremely sensitive to the paranormal.
ya idk its pretty weird. our house is old as hell and my brother has been working out in the basement before and heard someone coming down the basement stairs and no one was there. and our doors slam shut all the time by them selves when we dont have windows open or anything >_< i hate this house. were moving back to texas in 2 weeks though so yay lol.
If you want to look at it positivley, at least you have a friendly ghost! Be nice to it . I never believed in ghosts till I stayed at my friend's house ... you won't come out of there disbelieving lol. I don't think it's always friendly either...
yea I am a big time disbeliever BUT I would change my mind If I ever saw a plate throw itself across the room or something to a similar extent. I will say that when extremely tired, research paper all nighter on top of all nighter tired, I have seen people out of the corner of my eye in my basement (it's finished and I do my work down there) and it freaked me out especially b/c I was exhausted and tweaking on coffee and usually a bit drunk. However the house was built brand new and thus I recognized the hallucinations for what they were. I am a very paranoid person though and I am on point for days after reading shit like this so I'm discontinuing reading this thread lol.
