I'm looking to move back to the South Lamar area of the ATX, and need to find a house mate or two to split the rent. It'll have to be people who are trustable and have a stable income - whether its working or self-employed. I check the site only when I get the chance nowadays, but PM me if you're interested and qualify on the drama free lifestyle.
I love that idea... I've stayed in the southern US a few times on vacation, it's absolutely beautiful, being in the desert... good luck though
Thanks for the good luck wishes - although if you had a house in the area it would be better I'm already in the southern US - and already in Austin, things are pretty good here altho I sometimes miss the comforts of the UK and especially the protection from trade unions and stuff.

OK. I'm still looking for a house share to cut back on my bills. I have a place to stay at the moment but am finding it hard to make rent and pay bills - especially since my car died and i was unable to do my job (pizza delivery for pizza classics). I have the car fixed (vaguely) and am always looking for other work, so I'm not a bum. However I still desperately need to find a place to live or someone to help with the bills in my place. My place is a one bedroom so it wouldn't be that great, however if push comes to shove then i have a futon and can put up barriers/dividers to make a personal space. A better idea would be someone who has a spare room and wouldn't mind the rent being low for a month until i'm caught up, in return for which i am willing to mow/clean/cook/shop whatever... Please help ... altho i've advertised here b4 (see above) i am getting deeper and deeper into debt with the running just to stand still situation i am caught in. Please help...
