I feel like my memory is slipping away between the gaps of this shattered world,
I sometimes experience very depressive moods, like i do now, just staring at my computer screen, staring to these strange moving colors, with a everything overwhelming vagueness, nothing seems clear, everthing seems like a shattered independent chain of events.

Find a creative outlet to express your feelings... it may help. :) That's how I began writing poetry.

Occupy your mind. You "own" it, so why can't you control it? You can, its hard, but there is a way. Listen to good music, watch some retarded cartoons, hang with cool friends, hell smoke some pot if thats your thing. Just keep busy.

Do you have close friends or family you feel you can talk to about this? It helps to talk about it with someone, even if it's just to pull you out of your bubble for a little while.

Depression does the same thing to me. Don't know what to tell you except that you aren't the only one.

Their right dude, you need to do mind yourslef, instead of just staring at the screen make entertain yourself, do a some tasks etc that make you think throughout. Dude go do some drawing, draw something great, and then paint it, just spend a few hours with youself doing something and be glad and proud of it afterwards. You are capable of this I know you can do it, let me know how it goes.
