I am having a problem putting everything together. Appears to be just another piece in the globalist agenda. Cheney is going to try to accomplish as much as he can before GW leaves office. If the shit is already in place, it's harder to get rid of after the fact, much as NAFTA appears to have been just the first step in the SPP agenda, and something we can never get out of, even though when it was originally sold we could bow out at any time. Actually, Bush Sr. had shares in a bank owned by Fritz Thyssen who was a friend of the Nazis in the early years of their rise to power but by the time Germany declared war on the US he had already denounced Hitler and fled Germany. He was captured and sent to a concentration camp. Can we all just agree that Prescott was an elitist prick and get back to the topic: Law of The Sea treaty... from what i've read it will basically be giving the U.N. control and dominion over the worlds oceans or something, right? that or it's an "international treaty" that is only "enforced or arbitrated over" by the U.N., which is basically the same thing as control and dominion over... is that right?
