how do i place image in my signature?

how do I put a picture in my signature. when i clicked "insert image" button and posted the address of the picture it just showed up like it is now. look down there........help?

 

right click pic, go to something called properties, get image url which in your case i did for you and is http://www.hipgallery.com/photopost2/data/500/7109Tim.jpg
now when u go edit sig, look for box with yellow sky and gray mountain, enter image url into box. your welcome

 

THeres an easier way, you can just highlight the pic then copy/paste it to your sig, but don't cause it's too fucking big
