only smoke like once a month and your tolerance will stay pretty low.

yea smoke just on occassion, dont oversmoke, dont constantly try to get high as u can get
theway i doi it is i just never buy weed..i smoke whenever someone hands me some..i dont worry if its every day, oncea week or once every 3 months...it doesnt matter..cause when i do i get plenty high, & dont need alot.
and i dont spend alotta $ to just get a lil high either.

it's definitely possible to get high every day and still not significantly raise your tolerance. in my years of working with this concept, i've noticed that you have to adhere--although there may be exceptions--to two main rules:

    1) you can't smoke more than once a day.

    2) during a session, you have to stop taking hits once you've reached adequate THC saturation.

i've noticed that smoking even just twice a day leads to a dramatic rise in your tolerance level. as for the second point, the other biggest factor is recognising when you've reached the beginning of the plateau on a THC dose/effect curve. in my experience, the best way to do this is to wait 3-10 minutes between hits. that way, you're more likely to feel that satisfactory stone and can easily restrain from further, needless smoking.

I heard that if you go 14 hours or so between each session, your tolerance will stay low because that's the time it takes for marijuana to completely leave your system. It's something about the half-life of thc.

Ill go from smoking 2-3 times a day to not smoking for a month. Lets just say that the first time I smoke again after that month hiatus is great.

    Yea, that sounds about right
Basically if I start feeling befuddled than if I smoke more than Im not going to get as high. I smoke once or twice a day 5 days a week and then split the days off different ways. Just pay attention to how high you want to be and smoke what feels like the right amount to be smoking.

FYI, the half-life of THC in the body is about 30 hours.

    Hmm, let's see...

I smoke weed every day about 2-4 times...and I still get high almost all the time...the other day i got so stoned off a little nug in my bong and ate a whole jug of chocolate ice cream.

I've been blazing every day for the past two years, and I spend most of my time stoned...it's always a fun time when you're all fucked up! :)

my advice is to make sure you spend the day sober, and smoke at night. then, try to leave about an hour after your last smoke before getting to sleep.

    in other words:
dont go to sleep while rather high or stoned, and make sure to include a lot of sobriety in your day before smoking.

this should lower your tolerance even if you smoke every night

^^^that dude just has an insane tolerance, and thats not lucky.

Anyway, I'm with the once a day deal. If I smoke twice or more, its not as enjoyable and just leads to burnout.

I do still develope a tolerance with the once a day. I don't get that amazing new stone feeling unless I take a couple week break. A 4-5 dayy break will help, but 2+ weeks is the key to zeroing out yor tolerance IMHO
