losing the pleasure after first orgasm

I found on wikipedia about refractory period, but I also heard that everyone loses sexual pleasure after first orgasm. when I start masturbating, I will be very horny, thinking about anything but when I climax, I lose anything and I get that guilty feeling. even erection can go away easly. so I mostly have one orgasm per masturbation. I wonder how others are having sex for hours, while I would rather stop. or it can be competely different between masturbation and sex? even my mind changes. I would be fantasizing about something, but after it, I wouldnt like those fantasies anymore all until I get horny again. this was really bothering me when I was confused about my sexuality and I was thinking to be with another guy, but after each climax I was thinking: "wth am I thinking about?". so any cure for this? I know that I can just wait for a minute after orgasm, but then I also change my mind and now I think that when I will do it, I'll climax only once and finito lol. then its also harder to achieve second orgasm and if I try to go for another one, I have to do it more harder and then the skin on my penis gets swollen, which isnt really good.

Dude, lots of guys can only climax once. I can count on one hand the number of guys that I've known to climax more than once, and only one could do it regularly. It's nothing to be ashamed of or worry about. Accept the way your body is b/c there's nothing wrong with it.

The guilty feeling is (as was mentioned) a decrease in hormones, as well as a cultural stigma that masturbation is sinful. Push that out of your head, it's not true. And I do know from experience that the guilty feeling will go away with time.

If you can only orgasm once, don't attempt to go again, as you mentioned, your dick won't feel nice that's for damn sure!

*Note: you can leard to have multiple orgasms, by clenching your PC muscle (the one that you clench to stop peeing) and holding back your ejaculate. But that takes a ton of work.
