Well that article is obviously wrong, since my boyfriend lives there and he is the most beautiful, friendly, worldly, everything
philly is the MOST freindly city by far.. but as far as least attractive..yea if u ride the bus alot ya might get that impression..heehee but hey i live here so that should ballance things out.
