i would ask those of a definite gay persuation to answer this question for me...as a straight guy.

if a male or female takes as lovers both sexes, when does he or she become a gay?
is it when the sexuality becomes exclusively gay.....or earlier?

i'm not sure what you're asking - are you asking whether someone willl "become" gay if they are with someone of the same sex?

but just as a point, people don't just become gay - we are born with our sexuality, in the same way you can't "become" black overnight.

I don't know but you may have better luck asking on the gay forum.

Here's my opinion... as an example... I'm a happily married woman and totally in love with my husband. I could never see myself with anyone else. However, I am attracted to other women and have even thought I was in love with another girl once. I still considered myself straight at the time. Now I consider myself curious. However, let's say I have a sexual encounter with another female and enjoy it. If I eventually decide that I am only interested in having intimate relationships with women, that's when I would determine myself to be a lesbian. If I decided that I was only interested in having intimate relationships with men, I'd determine myself to be straight. If I prefer one but still enjoy both, OR enjoy both equally, I'm bi. But, I believe it's all a matter of opinion. But I don't think you "become" one or the other. Yes, it is kind of a choice, but at the same time, you can't CHOOSE who you love or are attracted to. You can only choose what you're willing to admit to yourself; what truth you're willing to accept.
