what exactly do you mean by "believe in halloween"?

i believe in it as being a holiday on the 31st of oct, just like i believe tuesdays and fridays exist.

 

I believe in dressin' the boys up and lettin' them have some candy and get all excited and hyper about Halloween. I did when I was a lil' girl and I still do as an adult.

OK folks before christanity became the main religion, there was a festival called Samhain that marked the celebration of the beloved dead.
anyhow when christanity came along it got changed into the holiday halloween.
