There's a book by Swami Pravananda called The Sermon On the Mount According To Vedanta...or something to that effect. See if that helps. :) :)

I just read that one, Svg! It's by Swami Prabhavananda of Ramakrishna Mission and it is a wonderful commentary on the Sermon on the Mount. I also highly recommend Paramahansa Yogananda's work The Second Coming of Christ.
Of course, you may turn to primary sources within the Bible itself and juxtapose the teachings of Christ with those of the rishis.
    For example:
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. - Luke 17:21

The divine is your own true self (ayam atma brahma) - Mandukya Upanishad

Jesus was a yogi. I have no doubts of it.

All mystics will attempt to explain their inner state within the framework of their local religion first. Jesus was no different. The jews didn't understand him, and eventually, he spoke in such a way as to totally isolate himself from them.

The deeper mysteries of life have a common source. They belong to no religion.

Those who experience it firsthand will sound alot like what the Vedas describe.
