anybody heard this poem? I found my little cousin practicing it for class tomorrow I walked in during the last part of the 1st section, you can imagine what I was thinking. here you go.

I

The Owl and the Pussy-cat went to sea
In a beautiful pea green boat,
They took some honey, and plenty of money,
Wrapped up in a five pound note.
The Owl looked up to the stars above,
And sang to a small guitar,
(here's where I came in and saw him reading this)
'O lovely Pussy! O Pussy my love,
What a beautiful Pussy you are,
You are,
You are!
What a beautiful Pussy you are!'

yeah, I know it's a harmless poem but, if you were to walk in with an 8 year old reading that part what would you think?

I would think: an innocent child is reading a poem about a cat.

When I was younger the poem was fine with me.

When I grew older and my mind got more corrupted it all changed! and now i cant say the poem

I would have thought the same thing, ten years ago. Society is weird now, I really thought he was rapping about the nana.
