Exelent movie with Denzel Washington and Russel Crowe.Movie is based on true facts.Denzel is Frank Lucas first negro mafia boss, who vent directly to Vietnam in 1968 directly to the heroin manufacturer to make a deal to import heroin from them without middleman. Then he sell drug 50% cheaper then other mafia a the drug was 100 % pure. More info on atlm dot net. Russel is a narcotic policeman who is trying to catch all the "Big fish" in drug bussines. This is a great action/triler movie with good movie star crew. Must seen this.
Looks pretty good to me, I might see it on the weekend. Most of Ridley Scott's stuff is excellent, and I'm a sucker for a good gangster movie.
Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe are amongst the sought after actors in Hollywood.. So expect good actings from them in this movie.. and what makes it more interesting is, it is mainly based on a true story..

I watched this movie two nights ago. I thought it was really well done. I loved the acting, Denzel Washington was great. I was really caught up in the story. I loved it.
I saw it in the theatres originally and just rented it to see all the extras. The extras were great. Can you believe that Antonio Banderas was supposed to originally play Richie Roberts? I think Crowe makes an alright Jersey boy..
