I have many favorites but right now I am digging the shit out of Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple Man. It's so fucking chill. I also like Cocaine by Eric Clapton, Comtorbally Numb of course, and Paint it Black by the Stones.

that's a class song. still prefer his Astral Weeks stuff, though. I'm gonna go with something a little non-conventional and choose Rosie Won't You Please Come Home by the Kinks as my current favorite.
ehhh tough choice.... any Beatles song... prolly "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" or "Come Dancing" by the kinks...
Theres something happening here - Buffalo Springfield Casey Jones - Grateful Dead Anything by The Allman Bros or Lynyrd Skynyrd, right now, That Smell by skynyrd Don't Fear The Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult Ten Years gone or Babe I'm gonna leave you - Led Zeppelin So many more, theres the first few I thought of.
How about to start with: The Beatles' entire catalog Led Zeppelin's entire catalog Jimi Hendrix's entire catalog That would be the start of my list
I think it is one of the worst songs ever written, and I immediately turn off the radio whenever it comes on. To each his own, I guess, but your posts are 90% sarcastic, so I'm not certain if you were joking
Agreed. Also aren't the original poster's songs all about drugs anyway? Sounds lame if you ask me. My favorite classic rock song while stoned is currently since it changes all the time is: David Crosby- Cowboy movie
presently, Time keeps on slippin slippin slippin... into the future...... but I have a mix cd of songs to listen to, some that are just great songs, and then pot songs, and off of that cd, my fav is definitely "the great smoke off "
Simple man isn't about drugs and I don't think paint it black is either. And who cares? I don't think someone is going to condemn cocaine or comfortably numb just because they're about drugs seeing as they're both damn good songs.
i would say skynyrd(just look at my name)all the songs the doors all(but best one while stoned The End) led zeppelin all (no quater) pink floyd all (the whole dark side of the moon or Animals cd) the who all (pinball wizard) ccr all (but there is this one song called Walk on the Water its crazy) moody blues (night in white satin(spelling?) rolling stones all(paint it black) The box tops (letter) Zager & Evans (in the year 2525) greatful dead all jefferson airplane all (of course whit rabbit) the beatles all and so many more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God i love CLASSIC ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pinball Wizard/Behind Blue Eyes - The Who ((WONT GET FOOLED AGAIN - THE WHO)) I'm Burnin For You - Blue Oyster Cult Sultans of Swing - Dire Straits Crossroads/White Room/Sunshine of Your Love - Cream [Live] those are my favs
Well, I listen to much music, but I usually like to play these atleast once when i'm very far away from this planet the doors - the end & riders on the storm Steve Vai - For the love of god & building the church Jimi Hendrix - All along the watchtower Chris Impelliteri - Somewhere over the rainbow Dimmu borgir - Hybrid Stigmata Frank Zappa - Muffin Man Neil Young - The needle and the damage done After Forever - Beautifull Emptiness Ulrich Schnauss - Between us and them Steve roach - structures of silence Children of bodom - Follow the reaper Faithless - Insomnia
I didn't know he said simple man. And I was referring to cocaine and comfortably numb. But I just meant that smoking pot and listening to songs about drugs as an act is sort of lame. That's all. And it's not like a big deal or anything.. I was just stating my opinion. Isn't that ok?
