Hi, I'm curious about parapsychology and was wondering about the phenomenon where a "psi wheel" is moved through "telekinesis." Has anyone done this or really seen it done? Skeptics believe that the reason it moves is the difference between your palm heat and room temp which creates an air current to lift the wheel. They say it needs to be at least 20 degrees fahrenheit difference to move the wheel. Has anyone done this in a very warm setting or have another way of disproving the skeptical reasoning? Just curious.
In my experience, there is no way of disproving skeptical reasoning. There are ways of disproving faulty logic, but that's entirely different. In the area of psi phenomena, all of us choose our own beliefs, for our own reasons. But if you'd care to hear a bit about my experience... I've never used a psi wheel. And I wouldn't want to, for just the reason you gave--people have a "logical" explanation for why it works. And maybe they're right. But I was with two friends once, years ago, when we had an electric cord dancing a jig to our psychic energy one night...and there is absolutely no way that I can prove this actually happened. But I know it did. I recommend you not waste time trying to convince anybody. If you want to have some amazing experiences, keep your mind on that goal, instead, and I'll just bet you will succeed.
i used to have a CD hanging from my ceiling. I would shut the door and window, and wait for about 10 minutes until it stopped moving. Then i would 'connect' with it. When I felt I had a connection, I'd relax and the thing would turn slightly. Then i'd quickly do the process again, using the momentum from the last. I could maybe get it swing 90 degrees until I got tired. i don't do this anymore
