the fact that 616 is the real "number of the beast" and the fact that the only other person to ever have 6 - 1 - 6 is the Roman Emperor Nero, who was also regarded as one of the anti-christ's.

 

Theres not a lot of information in our names... I'm called 'Christopher' meaning 'Christ bearer' but i am an atheist.

But to go further and dissect your name, convert it into numbers using an arbitrary table and make inferences based on numbers originating from the same method is highly tenuous to the point there is no connection between you and the Antichrist... if your middle name was James would that effect your life in any way?

Could i also ask how you got 616 from emperor nero?

 

It seems to me that you do not understand what Numerology is. Numbers are from the divine. Numerology is a form of the occult just as Astrology is.

Numerology proves it self, you can't really debate it.

But I think you misread at least part of the article--it says Nero is 666, but the 616 referred to Caligula. Actually that makes more sense--Caligula was a bona fide monster. Nero wasn't all that bad, in comparison.

-yes we have opposing views, thats not to say you understand it more than me. I view numerology as the human finding patterns in numbers (as it always will, thats how our brains work) but then attempting to find reason and purpose in those numbers. this is misguided as the patterns are created by the brain itself, and do not exist in the elusive objective reality.

Are you forgetting Math developed from Numerology? Just because we've developed an advanced form of numbers does not make Numerology a false science.

9 is the ONLY number which can be multiplied and divided and the sum of the answer will always equal 9.

Are you then hypothesizing that number relationships attributed to names or dates have no consistent relationship to characteristics attributed by numerology to specific numbers? Sounds like the beginnings of some testable hypotheses to me...maybe somebody should do some research to test this, in which case your assertion would be found to be either correct or incorrect.

Your worldview assumes that things existing "only" in people's minds have no relationship to or bearing on "external" "reality." This worldview is also testable.

I was going to stay out of this and just let you and Bl4 spar together, but the temptation to meddle was too great for me LOL...Hala, I think your logical approach is good, but I also think you need to take it farther than you have so far.
