    1. How often should one trip? (As far as tolerence, health issues, etc.)

    2. What are the negative health effects (if any) of LSD?

    3. How much should one take if they are inexperienced?

    4. What is considered a heavier dose?

    Thanks!

1 Theres no set rule, but if you do have a years worth of acid, space it out to about once a week or lower.

2 Can trigger mental problems (fairly uncommon)

    3 1-2 hits

4 id say 5 hits is a heavier dose, about double what people normaly would take.

As an answer to all your questions, i would have to say; no matter how much you take, or how often you take it, the most important question to ask yourself is why am i taking it? People who trip for the wrong reasons, are likely to have mental problems, this is because psychadelics open up your mind and if you don't know what you are looking for, you are guaranteed to be misled.

    Wrong reasons for tripping:
-as a form of escape (when life gets hard)
-to find answers, ie life after death, purpose of life etc
-to just get fucked, for the rush.
    -to face your demons
    -because friends are doing it..

    Right reasons to trip:
-to feel the love around you
    -to feel people's good energies
-to experience an outofbody state, which is beautiful
-for the visuals and strong emotions

note that these things can be felt without the drug too, through music, close friendship, art and energies..

you must be asking, then why would one take the drug if he/she can feel the same things without it? Well ofcourse when you take the drug for those reasons, you feel them a lot stronger and clearer..
    -music sounds liquid and real
-you see colors brighter and visions more creative
    -you feel energies much stronger
-you feel a pure kind of love for everything around you.

These are the real things that the drugs do for you, if done for any other reason the outcome would be fake..drugs do not provide you with answers, but show you reality in a clearer way, they do not take you to another world or dimension, but expose you to a different way of seeing the things that were already there.. A lot of people experience this but get confused into thinking it is the answer to things a human being is not allowed to know.. since Lsd opens your mind, it does change the way we think and could traumatise a person...on Lsd a persons mind is open to everything and that is the real danger for some people..for example, when sober, you know that a tree cannot speak, if you take lsd, your mind erases those facts and you think beyond.

The first time i tried lsd, i admit i had a bad trip, my mind took me a bit too far and i thought i had discovered something big, but it was always something i knew all along..i did not realise that at the moment and got confused, that is why people start getting paranoid and freaking out. Right now if i take lsd, i enjoy the visions, sounds and feelings and make sure i don't think about those deep questions that we all have, you have to be able to do that and keep reminding yourself that you are on a psychadelic chemical which can fuck with your mind.
Before anyone takes lsd there is something he/she should know, "it does not provide you with any answers whatsoever, but it shows you that there is more to still discover to life, you should accept that you might never know what that is and drugs will never show it to you!

I personally think that everyone should have that experience at least once in their lives. It does change the way you see the world around you forever, whether you had a bad trip or a good trip, one day in your life you will be grateful to have tried it.. I, myself have passed through a stage of regretting ever trying it but the day i discovered self-actualization and truly discovered who i am, i found a strong sense of respect towards everything in the world and learnt what it is to love. Somebody without the experience can never feel it that way. Anybody who has really experienced lsd will know what i mean when i say "i can never see life again, in the way that a virgin to lsd does"....As long as you can respect it, and respect yourself, lsd won't harm you.

The bottom point is that a different person will give you a different answer to those questions, 1hit can be very strong to one person and 10hits can be normal for another. Unlike the abusing of other drugs (which is taking too much) , abusing a psychadelic is taking it with wrong intentions. I hope what i have said helps in a way because giving figures in regards to how much a person should take of these drugs is misleading that person..
