This is happens alot for me for some reason... I keep losing balance in dreams and i can actually experience a fall... tripping on stairs and falling, falling from a building, slipping when walking, just falling... and something happens, I feel as if i am really falling. Does anyone else have these types of dreams?

Yep, although I haven't had one of those dreams in a really long time... I almost miss them, they were really intense and felt so real.

As you begin to fall, try to remember that you can fly.

yea I wake up too , whenever I fall... and no I don't think I ever tried flying, maybe I should try it if I remember that I am dreaming.

Almost everyone has these types of dreams, ussually as a child...i've heard that it means your body is growing. Mine stopped around the age of 15, but i still know some adults who get it too, i'm glad thats over, i hated it!

I was clinging on last night, about to fall from a bridge. Somehow I escaped. 420th post!

That one happens to me often. Usually when I am asleep on my back, I have the falling dreams. I know that the dream causes some kind of actual physical reaction in reality due to the fact that I am married, and when I fall I seem to bounce on the bed hard enough to piss my wife off when the jostling wakes her up at night.

yea, if u wake up to something strange like a fall in ur dream, it means body changes like growing/healing/etc. and i think dreams are kind of like the matrix bs, it may not be real but yur brain makes it real to a certain extenct. since i had a dream, long story short take a unexpected huge punhc in the ribs, woke up curling up in my bed almost feeling the pain, realising i just blurted out air and groaned before realising what happened. i posted it here, probbly on the like 50th page now lol

Dude I have a reaccuring dream of falling from the top of a railtrain into a deep canyon filled with crystal blue water... not sure if it is supposed to be a scary dream beacause every time I have it when I wake up I feel refreshed.
