YAY! Although I've not encountered much of the "ass-load" vs. a "Fuck-load" thing much myself...that one made me laugh actually because I often use those words to describe a lot of stuff.

Yo, Brian...Yippies are not hippies with money, the Yippie(youth international party) movement is a political movement started in the late 60's, growing from the SDS (students for a democratic society) ; among the better known Yippies are Abbie Hoffman, Pieman (he posts here sometimes) & Jerry Rubin.

Other than that, it was a cool dictionary

Thanx hippiestead - I updated the dictionary

I'd really appreciate more input from everyone. Let me know if you think of any words or other definitions that I'm missing and any mistakes. I'll add it to the dictionary.

    Thanx,

Yeah that whole thing began with me at a kitchen called Merryland which was at the 2001 Idaho gathering. We were really into cooking together and thought of the system of how *-loads compare because our groups kept saying things like "add a shit-load of pepper to the Rainbow Stew" We were an all Vegan Kitchen, what an inspirational voyage the Idaho gathering was.

You couldn't be more right, Brian Love.. Idaho was magical. it was the first gathering i had attended since i was a small child, and it quite simply changed my life! I fell in love with the gatherings and have happily attended since, excepting the last two years.. i'll be there in 08 for sure though...

Yeah Idaho was my most favorite gathering, it was also my first (besides a 3-hour flirt with the 1999 Gathering) I've been every year since and in my picture of each year Idaho stood out the most... Maybe it was the sensation of truly being a part of a kitchen that just rocked my world. Even though the kitchen was a new group people who had been to gatherings for 25 years said for being so young we were a top-notch kitchen... such a great vibe everyone had. Oh yeah and my hitchhike in from Boise was my first experience with hitch hiking and the brother I found in town that road with me knew exactly what to do and we are really tight... haven't seen him in a couple years though... miss ya brother.

(Added 'volunteer' to the dictionary, thanx)

I don't understand what your asking... but if you are saying what I think... there are plenty or resources on semi-precious stones on the internet and in your library.

I wonder if you have pictures from 2001 national rainbow gathering in Idaho Merryland kitchen. I'm specifically looking for pictures that might include me and my former boyfriend Andrew. My name is Mara. When we were not composing music we hung around the campfire a ton. He was always with a guitar. Send me a msg if you can share pics or stories. Thanks!
