Hi there! Here in Austria we have an organisation called "Grenzenlos". They offer Volunteering programs in South and South East Asia. Well... probably I am gonna work in a NGO or in an Eco-Tourism-Project. But there is another project with children which I really want to take part in. But I have so much time until I go there And I really wanna improve my Hindi and try to find a place where I can learn Bengali or Tamil. Because I would like to do my field work in Penang and for that reason I gotta speak Tamil. Have a nice day A.
india has some good opporunities to explore if u realy want to work with aN nGO try seeing www.indianngo.com or well there is this university level internship kinda thing which u could try... it is an international org. which helps students get interns with ngo's etc... http://www.in.aiesec.org also if u want to teach u could try searching for universities in india... there is this jawaharlal nehru univ. in delhi where they have language and philosiphy courses... go on google and search for it! hope this helped lil bit!!!:& ta for now peace
