drunk driving

Whaddaya do when you're home alone, hadn't planned a night of drinking, but change your mind? you could walk if it was just a few blocks, but what if you got hit by a drunk. i feel safer in a steel box.

 

tis why i love living in boston. plenty of packies in walking distance and plenty of bars that are open later than the packies

 

i had a coupla friends die from it. I don't condone drunk driving, but i don't consider 2 forties drunk

I have a huge tolerance and two forties would knock me right on my ass.
And I agree about the innocent people. Not to sound cold, but if you make that move and you fuck yourself up, well that was your choice, but other people shouldn't have to suffer becuase of it.

Incidentally, I have lost someone I loved to a drunk driver.

I'm sure the driver didn't mean any harm either. Had probably done it before.

It happens. It's serious. And 7 beers (2 40's) is to the point where you shouldn't be fucking driving.
