About two weeks ago I made weed nutella crackers (recipe: http://www.drugs-plaza.com/recipesnuttelacrackers.htm) and got totally high on them. If you look at the recipe you will see that the function similar to brownies, were the chocolate absorbs the THC. Anways, in the two weeks since then, they have just been sitting at room temperature. I was wondering if now (two weeks later) if their potency has been effected by them just sitting there. In other words, when you make baked goods such as this do they loose their effect over time as the chocolate subtance cools down or will I get just as high from eating one as I did two weeks ago? Thanks.
It would probably be a little less potent especially if exposed to air, but if you made your own cannabutter for it and didn't just bake them with some herb on top (too lazy to read the recipe sorry), then it should probably still get you high. To be safe though, just put some saran wrap over them or something.
First off, sorry about the "loose" thing. I noticed it beforehand and tried to change it, but the forums wouldn't let me. Anyways, the recipe has nothing to do with cannabutter. You just put the weed directly into the chocolate. Does this change anything?
I imagine it would loose a little buit of potency especially if exposed to air and no canabutter, you should still get a nice buzz though
im sure it most likely loose some potency if they have just been sitting in the open without a container. i'm not sure how much it will loose exactly.
If there's any loss in potency it's going to be too small to notice. Did that recipe really work well?
The recipe worked great. I think I might have put a little too much weed (if thats possible ) because I was so ridiculously high it was like psychedelic.
^ sounds like you did the recipe correctly!! ganja should def be more psychadelic when eaten. and to answer your question the loss of potency shouldnt be noticable.
