Its a friday night that has been anticipated for a good month. My friend's parents were going out of town for the weekend and he's got a nice $700,000 house. We keep it between our group, dont tell to many people, he wants under 20 people at this party hes gonna throw. Well its monday of the week, and guess what? someone lets the word out talk of the school from monday-friday. so my friend, ill call him john, tells everyone its cancelled but no ones buying it so hes says "fuck it, im throwing a rocker" From that point on a had a bad feeling, but I thought what could go wrong? he lives deep in woods so no possible noise complaints and if cops come ill bail into the woods. So after school my friend collected about $200 for beverages, so I tell him i can pick up. I get about 8 cases from a friend then make my way over to Johns at around 6. slowly for the next 2 hours people show up... a good 50 people are here and its starting to get rowdy. I'd say theirs about 70 people before I see my worst nightmare. I'm walking through the kitchen and make my way outside...im thinking "hey werent their just like 20 people chilling on this deck" then I see 2 cops standing outside on the deck pointing and laughing at me...I'm thinking this isnt real I slowly walk back inside.... No one inside even realises that cops are hear as their watching everyone through the window literally 10 feet away. Im the first one to book so naturally run out the front door str8 to my car. bad choice. end up "bumping" no damage nearly a smudge paint mark into a car trying to pull out. try to stop my car and book it because i dont have enough room to get out but 2 cops are outside my door screaming at me. Douche cop questions me "are you drinking tonight" respond yea a little bit, end up taking my info. hes talking to me normally then all of a sudden without telling me throwns me against the car and puts me in cuffs.Stupid me, forgot to ditch my bud....searches my pocket pulls out the bud...says "is this yours" obviously reply "no sir" he laughs at me saying hes heard every excuse imaginable. puts me in his car for about an hour while he searches for other kids throughout his house/woods. Eventually opens the door tells me to go inside to get breathlized. theirs a line of 15/20 kids that got caught. I sit on the couch and wait for my mom to get me, she gets their and the cop tells her that I blew a .07....but the thing is I never got breathalised so I just didnt respond then left with her. as I leave i see them searching my good bros car, find 5 pieces, its just so unreal at the time that everyones getting busted. So now here I am 2 weeks later grounded. No car until im 18, no sleeping out anymore. and not allowed out for 6 months. my mom dosent trust me becasue my dad(parents divorced now) use to be a alcholic/addicted to pain killers so she thinks im gonna be some kinda drug attic. and i have possible charges of underage consumption, possession, and dui charges. Only good thing is that im under 18, wasnt breathalised and had no test to ensure that I was intoxicated? so im not sure if they can for sure penalize me for just saying "yea I drank" cop told me He didnt feel like taking me in for a dui but said "not sure if hell get charged or not" and my excuse for pot was I found it in their basement, they actually found like 4 ounces in the basement so Im just gonna say I picked up someone elses and ive tried it a few times. But its been 2 weeks nothing has came in the mail yet so well see....
Well if your mom was there and the cop lied and told her that you had an .07 you should've flipped. I mean there waas nothing more they could do if your mom was there just for flipping. fuck the pigs
omg fuck that shit... in my town, the cops don't bother arresting tonnes of kids, besides, there are only a couple of cruisers to spare, they'd have to call the city 15 minutes away for backup...
well I would have blew alot higher, and I'm pretty sure they just mixed me up with someone else. so they really have no breathaliser on me so thats a plus i guess.

Well you should be able to just get away with a possession charge then if they don't have any proof you were drinking.
