i know where you can get some in bondi beach, sydney if that helps... the place is called Organics and it is about a block inland from the main beach off Hall St. Also, the other day i saw a open air market near the beach and people were selling homemade soaps.... woulda bought some if i had the money on me.
If theres any other perth peoples, i remember seeing it at city farm next to claisbrooke traino on a sunday morning @ the growers market.
Yeah, I went back there the next week and it had vanished. Once again the store owner was busy talking, so I couldn't ask her about it... I got mine from a place in armadale, they only had small ones. Not like at City Farm
