Gone and got one of those Freeview boxes. And the channel 'Dave' has been occupying most of my TV time.

They've got 'Top Gear' and 'Ray Mears' on in daytime hours - Very enjoyable before a backshift at work. And the likes of 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks' and 'QI' on an evening. That's a canny channel if you ask me :)

yeah, watch a lot of Dave myself. love a bit of QI in the evenings and Whose Line Is It Anyway.

They only just started calling the channel 'Dave' btw it used to be UKG2 ... personally 'Dave' sounds more British and reminds me of Only Fools and Horses. ;)

Dave is a much better name than UKTV G2, but the programmes are exactly the same. Virgin 1 is new for Sky viewers I think, and I've been quite enjoying that lately....

Dave. My favourite evenings are: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The rest is just Top Gear.

Last night I saw Catherine Tate show and Little Britain. Dead ringers was a laugh though. Wednesdays I watch Red Dwarf. They are showing series 6. They have lost their ship. Cannot wait for them to get back on board so we can laugh at Holly.

Has it replaced UK History on Freeview? There was always something on about the Nazis, now it's sodding Clarkson all day... I actually prefer Hitler:D

UKTV History is now on from 7am to 6pm. Recent shows included Shattered world and Life in the freezer. I felt sorry for the penguins. perhaps they would prefer a coat for Christmas.

Dave is quite boring most of the time. So much Top Gear. They should have called it TopGear TV. It certainly over does Top Gear. I can now get Top gear on three channels:(

Still I like Catherine Tate Show.

I think one day I will purchase a PVR. A personal video recorder which will record and series link all my favourite programmes. Pocoyo, Spongebob, Biker mice from mars, Fresh prince of bel air, simpsons and Red Dwarf. Of course there are more programmes I like. But I just want to watch when I want. Freeview is boring. PVR freeview, it is quite interesting.

I mean Spongebob squarepants. He is a sponge who lives under the sea in a pineapple. It makes me laugh. My girlfriend uses a sponge in the bath. Natural sponge in between cracks and crevices. Fortunately the sponge isn't alive anymore.

I have a few dvds but sometimes CITV have episodes I haven't seen before. But anyway, Dave is good for Dragons Den and Catherine tate.,

er i don't speak French ... but I'll start us all in a sing along:

"Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? 'spongebob square pants'
Absorbant and yellow and pourous is he. 'spongebob square pants'
If nautical nonsense be something you wish 'spongebob square pants'
Then fall on the floor and flop like a fish.

spongebob square pants, spongebob square pants, spongebob --- square pants"

*ahem* (and no i didn't have to look up the words)

I love Dave, been watching it loads recently. Although they're editing etc is a bit poor. Sometimes Dave cuts out half an episode because it's forgotten to stop the tape whilst the adverts are on.

Aye, you're right about that editing. Still finding their feet maybe :)

Didn't know they had 'Dragon's Den', another plus for sure.
