I've been rolling this thought around for awhile now, sad thing is I have know Idea how to plan or organize anything.... I really think we should continue on with this lovely gathering and organize a new human be-in. I know there has to be some people on here whom actually know how to organize and plan such a thing so lets get our shit together people and plan this! Please help with some ideas on how together we could make this happen!
sounds lke a great idea being young i'd have no idea how to go about it either only thing i can suggest is dont do it somewhere too random like kansas or wisconsin or something because then it makes it harder fo people to get there

With music and such? And lectures? If so you need one or more bands to play there, speakers or poets, a place to hold it, a stage, and a lot of advertising... plus maybe food and drinks? Anything else? That's going to take some planning, effort and money... don't want to discourage you, but just so you know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to really go for it. Good luck though. I hope you realise your dream some day.
I have a HUGE cornfeild we can hold it in. And there are a lot of local bands around my town, except they can't play '60s music really well. The one I am thinking of plays death metal. Hmmmm..... But yeah, you guys can use my cornfeild for this event if you want to. I really think you should, It's huge enough. Except though, YEAH. There are too many houses around, so probably not. Maybe....
