Em, never heard of a name for them, but basically you tighten your muscles as though you are trying to hold in a pee. Girls should do this about 20 times a day to keep their muscles nice n tight....

I think it's Kegel....it's a tightening movement you make to strengthen your muscles. It can help you hold it in better, give you more strength during childbirth or something, and help you have better orgasms. Yummmm..........

the exorcise is called KEGEL. and what the female does is tighten her vagina and anus muscles and hold for as long as you can ( work up to 8-10 sec) then slowly release and relax. you can do these exercises laying flat on your back, sitting, orwhile urinating.
