Um, this may be a dumb question, but why don't you just click the little box that says remember username/password?

 

This is what I was going to suggest, either that or use the same one as your email.

 

You could e-mail the password to yourself... or create a document and save it in the document and put it on your desktop, just in case.

 

You could but a parrot and teach 'em to say your password.
