    well i don't think i've ever seen my dad when hes not high, and my mum(very sober) says i probably havn't either. Because i guess after a while the weed loses the effect and you need more, and he doesn't take more, so he's kinda stable i think. My brother, tho. He is a large stoner. lol. I personally have never tried it, which i am quite proud of, coming from a dad who used to sell.
