I did something terribly stupid today

...I smoked meth for the first time today, thats right, its so embarassing but its true... and im never doing it again either.

 

Hey dude, at least you can admit it was stupid and arent doing it again. That shit can mess you up if you let it. Power to you.

 

yeah its really not that great... coke was so much harder for me to quit when I used to be into that shit.

 

Well. As long as you know NEVER to do it again.

Hey there.. Reading your post actually made me sign up for the forum and stop lurking

Just remember that meth messes with your mind and is probably making you feel worse about doing it than you would if sober.

Take it easy on yourself. The comedown from meth can be terribly depressing and make you feel awful. It's the drugs, remember that. Just relax and lay around and let your body recuperate.

Just remember this awful feeling the next time you want to use again..

^ i dunno i wasnt thinking, I was kinda drunk and my friend comes up to me and shows me a bag of crystal and is like, wanna smoke some, so im just like alright w/e, and didnt think twice that it was fuckin meth.

well, i still dont know which is worse, crack or meth. but keep it quet, dont tell anyone, dont think about it. just completely blank it. in a few days u will have forgotten about it. i dunno i think its so horrible, but extrememly good that you wont do it again

I thought i was snorting ground up ecstacy pills (which i didn't know worked.. but i'm told it does) but later i was told it was speed.. o well.. never again.

i always watch shows and shit like intervention on tv and just seeing all those fucked up people on meth makes me sick and makes me never even wanna touch that shit.
