ok, this thread is for asking random questions you don't know the answer to but are too lazy to look up. ask your own questions, and if you see someone post a question you know the answer to, answer it. heres the starter question: why does fruit on the bottom yogurt come with....well....the fruit on the bottom, rather than mixed in like other yogurt? is there some reason for it? (thought of this question when eating a cup of stoneyfield farms raspberry yogurt a minute ago, while mixing it all up)
this probably isn't the right answer, but its a thought! The yogurt is made and packaged and boxed and sent out, we agree on that, than it goes to the store where it may sit for awhile. Maybe they put the fruit on the bottom, because you should mix up the yogurt when you open it, thus mixing the fruit in throughout the yogurt. Probably wrong, and its probably something more simple like, its easier to just add the fruit then the yogurt, instead of having a designated place where they mix the fruit and yogurt, then add it to the cups........not sure......stoned, sounded like a reasonable reason at the time!
Some people like to eat the plain yogurt, then the fruit (not me, plain yogurt is gross IMO), so maybe that's why.
i hate fruit chunks in my yogurt also. i usually just eat the yogurt on top of the fruit on the bottom. well usually we dont get the fruit on the bottom type of yogurt. i like the other flavored smooth yogurt it taste so good and no chunks to worry about.
i havent eaten yogurt since i found out it has "live cultures" in it. alot of foods have them i guess but i still think its gross in yogurt what are live cultures?
umm all i got about the live cultures is that they are good for you. it has living organisms in it but its nothing bad unless its like really old yogurt or something. i dont feel like looking it up but this is all i know about the live cultures lol.
Essentially a culture is a nice way of saying bacteria. But for the most part its good bacterias that are somewhat beneficial to you.
It doesnt. Once its opened and its exposed to air it starts releasing the carbon dioxide out of the soda. It just all doesnt escape at once it slowly leaks out of it as it rises to the surface and contacts with air.
i havent had a fruit on the bottom in 3 years or so i used to eat yogurt all the time and no matter what yogurt it was, i always stirred it first i cant eat it when i know its been in that state for so long i stir pudding too strange
