3.5 million years. O wait humans wont be alive, animals will be able to eat a plant that grows naturally and then they can start selling it in pharmacies. Those will be the days.

I think it will become legal in some states within the next thirty years. One day, sooner rather than later, people will wake up to the hypocrisy of allowing alcohol while prohibiting bud.

Maybe legal in the medical-sense. But I do not think it will ever be fully decriminalized for recreational use the way our government is headed. Maybe 40-50 years down the road, who knows.

If anything, we will continue to become less tolerant of cannabis and other drugs over the next 50 years. Drugs have only been banned recently compared to our history and we haven't persecuted enough people yet. Remember that it took 300+ years of persecution before Catholicism was recognised as a legal religion.

never. only way to make it legal is to not have anyone who tells you what to do. because since the time of man there were leaders, no matter how shity they say and it be done. kill everyone, no one left to tell u what to do. or go live in a rainforest

I think it'll become legal in my lifetime. Eventually, the old in charge are replaced by the new and changes will come.

It won't be legal for recreational use in our life time, but it will probably be legal for medicinal use in most of the US.

I don't think we would like the world if marijauna was legal. Then the man would have his big paws all over it regulating EVERYTHING about it.

Too many people depend on drug proibition for it to be legal. Thosands of cops and prison guards would lose thier jobs. Many police departments get substantial fractions of their bugets from property forfiture, and much of that comes from pot growers/dealers. Nobody will ever win a national election campagning against the police and prison guard unions.
