I used bittorrent last year, but my college caught me and shut meh down =( i was having troubles using it anyways, o-well!

Adderall-Did you mean Torrentspy or Mininnova-Torrentspy is gone and it was great. Who else has reviews of the files that people actually take the time to come back after watching something and let other people know if the flick was in Chinese or if the picture was so dark you couldn't see shit.?

With all the garbage coming through and we know the movie makers are going to sabotage the files to try to make downloading a pain the ass and not worth the effort. But if we all take a few minutes to give information as to the quality of the file and if it's a dud or the real deal; then we all win. We need to all seed and use the comment section to keep the thing rolling. Otherwise it's many hours of wasted time dling crap.


I don't mind seeing an occasional person standing up in the front row' and that dosen't even need to be reported' but when the sound is really muffled or the picture won't convert to DVD or is scratchy looking etc.-Thats what people need to be made aware of in advance.

Sometimes I have dlded 3 different copies of the same file just to try to get one good one.If we all work together on this we can be watching good' clean copies and not have to go to some stinky theater with gum (or something else sticky on the floor) and pay 10 bucks to watch some lousy movie that looked great in the previews.-
At home I pay 50cents for a soda pop and about a buck a bag for micro wave popcorn and about 75 cents for a blank dvd-rw-

So' to watch a movie at my house will cost $2.25 for the night with all the goodies.
For the same thing in town it will be 6 bucks to get in another 5.00 for the popcorn and 3.75 for the drink.-thats 10 bucks for the same thing! Now'if Iwas still married with kids' it would be a 50 dollar night easy.
Because the mob owns most of anything having to do with entertainment in this country like the movie theaters and amusment parks as well as all the casinos' I don't lose sleep over their loss.
Casinos have no heart and could care less if some guy gambles away the house payment because he is a gambling junkie and they just feed his habit.
I think they should not serve a person who is drunk or sell lottery tickets to gambling addicts-The Nevada law should make the casinos keep a list of those they know to be gambling junkies-They keep a list for the highrollers' why not the problem gamblers. If a woman calls them and says her husband is there gambling away the food and rent money they should by law; not serve him or her!-He has a problem and they are feeding it and have no problem at all doing that.

 

MiniNova still works for me

 

port forwarding is easy and worth the hassle, my routers firmware is on my router, not my computer, I know what I need to download, I justdon't think THAT is worth the effort

 

Yea-soon as I settle on another good torrent client' I'll do the port forwarding.Torrentspy sailed on.

Adderall -Got a question on all these different file extensions that are on the video files-Alot of them won't convert using Convert X To DVD-Whats the best files to DL?-I grab any DVD rips -they convert easy-but some of these ext.' I have no idea on-Some are compressed but others aren't -Also' have you tried using Ulead Movie Factory to convert the files to AVI then to DVD?

I just burned a bunch of old Foreigner from Limewire and what was I thinking?-That site gave me a bunch of songs that only played about halfway through then jumped to the next song!-Is that the industry doing that?-I think we may need to start a United Pirates Union to put a stop to the sabotaging of music and restore our right to listen to bootleg music without these interuptions.
File sharing takes time and energy and should stay free and not be messed with. Bittornado is the best tracker IMO-

 

Bittorent? Go to another torrent site to find some. Anyway, pay for rapidshare. It can download anything from any rapidshare site, it is super fast, and did I mention you can download anything? I can get a music album in seconds.
