I'm a bit confused. My boyfriend has never enjoyed oral, with anyone, but he loves giving it. He also isn't turned on just by the thought of sex. He can't get totally hard unless/until he has "entered". He, and his friends, say he has always had this problem. find out his fantasies, see if you can incorporate them into sex at all and id suggest him seeing a doctor to see whats up. guys that young (im assuming hes close-ish to your age) shouldnt be having erectile difficulty regularly, unless hes on a medication where thas a side effect
