Free downloadable video clips

Does anyone know any sites where I can get free clips for making movies, ie a scene from this movie with this other scene etc. I can't find anything

Try http://keepvid.com you can download videos from YouTube or google on there and save them. The problem comes when most of them can only be downloaded as a .flv so they cant be used in windows movie maker. If you find a good converter can you let me know? Thats where Im stuck at just now!
What are you going to use to edit the videos? I might go a look into town tomorrow and try and get a decent video editing software, does anybody know of a good one? One that takes .flv's would be even better

 

I'm not sure if it can convert it to a regular mpg or avi file (I think it does) but try Videora ipod converter. It takes any video you have and converts it to play on an ipod, it also has a feature that can download almost anything from youtube. I've never tried but you might be able to find a way to see what format it can convert it to. Try googling it, It's a free program and if all you want is the video on your ipod I've found no easier way.
