Is this enough space to grow?

I just bought a cabinet from walmart measuring 60"Hx30"Lx15 3/4"W.....my plan was to grow 2 plants in the top half, 2 in the bottom...so total space for 2 plants is 30"x30"x15 3/4"....the strains i purchased is white widow and northern lights, i think they are relativly small plants...this space has to fit my lights, which are 24" flourecents (i cant afford anything better) and also has to fit the actual pots...wasnt sure which size (height wise) would be needed for pots....any suggestions? is this space too small for growing 4 plants, or should i just grow 2 plants at the full 60" height? which would grow more bud?...also, would this space be good for SoG? (if i do decide to do that)
