Absinthe whats the trip like and are any of the ingredents illegal?

are any of these ingreadent known to be illegal?

One ounce dried chopped wormwood
One tablespoon angelica root
One teaspoon hyssop
One half teaspoon coriander seeds
One quarter teaspoon caraway seeds
One pinch cardomon pods
One pinch fennel or anise seeds
One liter vodka

i think i might try to make it sounds way easier then DMT. i just want to know if any of this is illegal, but i don't know what the drug is like is it more trippy or more like being drunk? i'm probably not gonna make it but would like to know if it's a step up from weed. i've only done weed and i'll probably just go up to shrooms or salvia next.

 

As far as I've read it's not even solid that you may even trip or "hallucinate" from absinthe. I don't believe any of those are illegal.

i've heard it's a bit like weed, cocaine,extacy and strong coffee so i'm not exactly sure what happens.

 

ive had many different kinds of absinthe and never got anything more then being very very drunk. ive had 8 shots of it in a night. a good thing to do is put some sugar on a spoon then put absinthe in it too then set the spoon on fire till it turn into a gooey paste then put it in another shot of absinthe. you get totally wasted and the sugar makes it taste a little better

 

I thought wormwood was illegal, because that's the part that gives you the high? I don't know, that's what I heard was illegal in Canada anyway, not Absinth itself just the wormwood.

 

Just made me drunk... If you want hallucinations there are better way than destroying your liver.

 

Regarding the legitimacy of purchasing (any) drug over the internet - I've found that the most credible vendors don't advertise the properties of their products. The best absinthe I have ordered was from Liquers De France. They have a page about the history of Absinthe, which explains why it is illegal. They also host a page about thujone, the alleged active psychoactive ingredient. When I discovered that, it was a perfect summary of all I had learned from ordering bunk absinthe, such as Czech's originalabsinthe.com. It was then that I knew I had found the best source. absinthe does not make you hallucinate, that's just a myth.

 

it just made me more agressive then i usualy get drinking..........sure as hell dident trip from it...lol....also this is in the wrong forum isnt it?

 

It's just a type of alcohol, it isn't even illegal here in the UK.
