    Believe it or not.

I could spend the day washing and folding and ironing.

And why is 'ironing' pronounced 'i-urn-ing' instead of 'i-ron-ing' like it's spelled?

It is pronounced eye ron ing but the O is silent due to laziness, I think.

I used to enjoy the washing too when I had a washer & dryer in house but it's a pain in the arse draging the big bag around the block now. I don't admit it much but I have fantasies about having one of those stacked washer/dryers in the kitchen and I picture myself happily tossing in all sorts of dish towels and random pairs of jeans and then I think about all these clean towels and smile. If anyone reading this ever meets me please don't tell anyone.

Thanks for the reminder... I will be tomorrow and it may not be a good time for that. Haha... ummmm gonna go get on that right now. I used to hate doing laundry when I had to go to the laundromat but I dont mind so much now that they are in my kitchen. And I just fold the laundry little by little.

Then dryer sheets do wonders for wrinkles. Man I hardly need a place to store clothes, just use the washer and dryer. Its right next to the restroom and by the bedroom so its cool.

Have you ever seen a middle-aged woman ironing her underwear?

    Strangest thing ever.

    I love the smell too.
Got washing liquid in my eye once while squeezing the bottle to have a smell and it fucking hurt. [IMG]

I work with a British woman who says I-ron-ing. I always think she's saying Irony. haha

Another amazing glitch in the English language, I guess...haha
