My friend who is a junior in high school in Ohio was forced to remove a t-shirt showing tolerance toward homosexuality. We made a short audio recording about it.
Neither one of us is homosexual, but we cannot stand the intolerance of people who are different. If anyone has advice on how to go about making things right, please let me know.

The link to the audio recording is below:

in my university in China, there are many gays, but we don't show we are homosexual in public.
this is not because we are ashamed to be gay
it is becase we think it is just personal things which is not good for us if others know the truth especially the roomates
there are also many gays in Chinese high schools, but they wont make other students know they are gay......
so maybe different cultuers have different situations

You might try contacting Lamda Legal at: http://www.lambda.org/ and follow the link that says, "If you need legal help, please click here."

we have our groups and we can conmunicate with each other via QQ,which is better for us to use than ICQ . in China more than 400000000 people comunicate via QQ (http://www.qq.com)
so we canfind each other via QQ,email and also there are many gay websites in China.
for example there is a board for gay and lesbian on my university forum

i have two of those shirts, our school got them printed for the alliance club at our school. unless your school has a dress code on tshirts with any kind of print on them, you do not have to remove it from what i understand.

At my school two guys hugged eachother(non gay, too) and were given a behavior ticket by an administrator. Yet, they only give warnings when straight couple makeout in the hall!!

IN response, a bunch of guys thought they'd be funny if they walked around at lunch(especially past the administrators) with arms around eachother or even touching eachothers nipples...those ones didn't get tickets as far as i know

Calisouth, I wonder if you have ever lived in China or if you have a sense of the culture that has shaped Chinaraymond? I believe Chinaraymond has the best perspective on how to manage his life and deal with the power structure of his country and government. There are a lot of ways of bringing about change but getting "disappeared" or killed doesn't seem very effective. Why the "Thank God, I don't live there." comment if you are so willing to fight the system?

I'm not trying to bust your chops but I think your comments to Chinaraymond are out of line.
