OMG i have this cookbook and swear by it Vegan cupcakes take over the world have made about half of the recipes and they all rocked No omnivore could tell the difference if not told these were Vegan Veganisim = Direct action
the vegan butter cream just simply rocks. I took the basic cupcake and buttercream recipes, tweaked them into chai and chai latte flavors and my vegan mini cupcakes were the first to disappear at the Swallow Hill holiday party.
