they're all around the same age, 17-19

in my other posts i've gone over a rough budget, and i said that i'm not employed at the moment but the others are

the failing part is why i don't wanna move out on bad terms with my parents
cuz if it does fail then i'll have a place to go

i've thought it over pretty thoroughly IMO, i don't think there's anything i've missed

and my estimate of $1200/month was for condos/apartments, and since there's going to be at least 4 of us, maybe 5, we've also looked at houses, which are at most $2000/month around here, which is $500/month plus utilities
a little high i guess for a group of teens, but not that out of reach

If you've got a Youth Hotel in your city/town/whatever, try going in and having a look at the noticeboard - there's often apartments/houses/rooms to rent, mostly quite cheap. That's how I found my current house, I'm paying £400/month (about $700) including utilities which is damn good for england cause houe prices are VASTLY overinflated here.
