Do you have any fans blowing air around? Bring air in from another room, or vent the air out. A box fan will work wonders blowing on the lights to move the warm air around.

90 Degrees is pretty warm, plants will slow growth down due to excess transpiration.

Buy or fabricate an air tight reflector to vent the heat out of the grow space. With more info I might be able help more, describe size of space, vent. situation, lighting and grow method.

its in a small closet, 6 plants in soil, with 4 long flours and 4 cfls all cool white,(i know those arent the best lights but thats all i can afford right now) i have a 50cuft per min exhaust fan sucking air out into the attic and 2 small fans blowing on plants and about to go buy as box fan for more circulation, the walls are insulated with the shinny aluminum insulation and the floor has the shinny aluminum tape on it for more reflection, and thats about it, with all of this in action the temp is around 85-88degrees with a humidity at 50%
