I'm 14, can I still get Medical Marijuana card?

I have insomnia, ive tried pills, and they work, but i get migraines and they hurt like a motha f***.

Anyone know a Medical Cnnabis in Cali that might get me a card, or am I to young?

Cali does. Thell give it to you for absolutly anything. Its a joke. My cousins roomate used insomnia to get one. Just said he had it, got a card. Was in and out in 20 minutes no testing or anything. Not even a background check.

No.....If you have the card it's 100% legal.

But I do know that there have been certain cases that people would get the "legal weed" and then lace it with other things and smoke or sell it. And the cops do watch for that kind of stuff, it was on the news were I live a couple of weeks ago.

I heard in Cali some schools are even allowing kids to do medical marijuana in school in the nurses office.

I used to have HORRIBLE insomnia but now I use Marijuana to fall asleep. It works great (for me) and is less harmful than sleeping pills.

 

Is me being Medical Marijuana user put me on like public files and EVERYONE could know I use it?

Yes, you can give a number of "easy" symptoms to gain access to the Medical thing. Insomnia, Anxiety, ADD, Chronic Back Pain, Loss of Appetite. BUT, all the medical card guarentees you is that you can pick up your herb from the dispensaries (which is worth it); It does not give you any type of protection against the law, even at the state level. Every patient I know that gets busted by cops at the least gets their shit taken away and gets fucked with. Most cases get thrown out in court. The police are fed up and now whenever you get pulled over and they find bud they tell you "don't even bother taking it out", it really doesn't mean anything it is just a passport to get you into the "club". I have seen so many people get possession tickets, get DUI's, get all of their Glass confiscated or smashed. A friend who lives down the street is only 16-17 but his Grandparents gave consent, they both hold Nurse type jobs and believe Cannabis has beneficial properties. He grows his own medicine in a special room in his house. The police are drawn to his house like flies to shit, its really sad. He was always a hoodlum since we were friends and he was in 6th grade, but with these changes of his circumstance things are kind of ridiculous. I know patients who make extra money on the side working at clubs, weighing out sacks or helping customers, but everyday there is the fear looming of the DEA having another field day of raids again, and just like that you could be facing 20 years and be in a whole shitfest of trouble. I don't mean to sound like a negative nancy, but this is the reality of the San Fernando Valley of Southern California, Medical Capital. There was an article earlier in the year in Rolling Stone written about the whole situation here, it is a very accurate portrait of everything going down, and the diversity of the scene I would reccomend it. And no, kids cannot smoke up in the nurses office that is absurd.

 

that's weird, i'm 14 as well, and i have insomia as well, i mean its 11:28 pm and i have school tommorow. not sure if my parents would approve, but that would be sweet if i could get medical pot.

 

Actually, one highschool in Cali is allowing them to. I had a link on youtube for it, there was a news report on it, but i forget where i found it. try looking it up

I knew they were allowing them to eat it but I was not sure about smoking it.

Thats not late at all... I never went to bed before midnight on a school night.

What I call my insomnia, is the fact that I was getting 3 hours of sleep on a good night. Some night I couldent sleep at all and would fall asleep in class. Insomnia really sucks, but if its minimal I would just deal with it.

 

The state of Indiana would NEVER pass laws to allow kids to eat it at school, or even have it as a medical use.

If it was issued as a medical use, then that would have to be the doctor's last resort.

fuck man. i hope massachusetts is next for medical marijuana. i have insomnia like a motherfucker. i once stayed up for 3 days straight...i always, always fall asleep in school and just ugh...it sucks. pot helps me and i dont care if it's illegal here (at least for now)
