Okay here it goes my girl friend who's 18 thought she was pregnant the other day and was kinda freakin and a close relative gave her some xanax/alprazolam to chill her out a lil and after taking it she was driving home on the way to get a sandwich before she got home a car slammed on the breaks and knicked the back of her car and cops immediately arrived and took her out of the car and sobriety which she passed then cuffed her and told her she was fucked up on some thing and took her to the station where they proceeded to give her a urine test cause where then she couldn't pee they took her to the hospital where they gave her a blood test and she tested positive for METH/AMP which she had not taken! And now she is being charged with DUI with a Possesion of METH/AMP which she didnt have she is on drug probation and had taken a urine test 2 days prior and passed and then took a drug test they day after and passed yet thier still charging it any help?
This is why cops are called PIGS.....Question, why were cops involved when the other person only "knicked" her bumper. J.C
Ok I'm no expert on the law in America, so you should probably get her to talk to a lawyer but i'll give you my opinion. If she passed a probation urinalysis test two days before and one day after the cops test then they don't have a very strong case. The prosecution have to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt, the passed drug tests conducted by the probation office are more than reasonable doubt, although blood tests are more sensitive than urinalysis tests so it is possible to pass a urine test if you have taken a small amount of meth and then fail a blood test, but there is still enough of an element of doubt to make any attempt at prosecution unsafe.....Like I say I don't kknow too much about USA law but in europe the cops would be laughed out of the court if they tried to prosecute it....The other posibility of course is that your girlfreind just doesn't want you to find out that she is back on meth and she is lying about passing the probation tests, or she cheated the probation tests?
Could try claiming that the blood test was mixed up with another or tested with dirty equipment. Best thing i would guess is to discredit the blood test. J.C
