Any1 know how to create blotter art???

I have been searching on google for a while, and I cannot seem to find anything.

So, I'm wondering if anyone here knows how exactly blotter art is created, because I am highly interested in creating some of my own art work.

If you do know of some website who offer how to help or instructions, please refer me.
