as long as it's not too bad a bottle brush, soap and hot water keep mine clean. When it gets bad I sometimes have to scrape inside the bowl with a knife and then soap and water. 420 cleaner is easier if available.
boil that shit, but put the bowl in while the water still cold if you wait till its boiling, your bowl will shatter, and that would be tragic
lysol... That doesn't sound like a very good idea.. I just scrape mine, and run it through hot water. It's a bit harder to clean my bong. I suppose I should buy some of that cleaner stuff, but I don't mine it once I clean all of the black away.
If you have acetone (found in nail polish remover) it will work once you scrape the bowl. Acetone tastes like ass though so make sure to wash it out. I always use isopropyl alcohol and salt, and think that it works the best. A clean pipe makes me a happy camper until my head gets turned into red jello from that awp.
no amount of boiling (and i've taken several hours on end of boiling before, back when i still do that) has EVER cleaned my pipe properly. even when boiled for long periods of time, two or more times in a row
grab some pipe cleaners with metal edges on them from a headshop (they all have them). Something similar to what you'd clean the barrel of a gun with.
In agreement with newradicalface on the isopropyl and salt. Put it in, shake it, let it sit, shake it, pour it out.
