I used to fake it, which I'm ashamed of. Now, never. We often use a vibrator at some point during sex, so if I'm not cumming from him, I'll cum from that. It's not all that easy for me to cum just from straight sex. But we do a lot of foreplay too, so there's that - and a fair amount of the time, straight sex isn't even part of whatever we're doing, he's got it elsewhere or something, so we've kindof expanded the definition of sex to the point where both of us are likely to cum from all kinds of different things, not just "penis in vagina."
